The overview lists only issuers and issues that CIV has verified and where case intake is open. It is not a list of every distressed issuer on the market, and an absent record says nothing about your claim.
What a missing record means
Only that the issuer or issue has not yet been added to the verified cases.
It does not mean the issuer performs, nor that it fails to. The overview passes no judgement on companies it does not list.
Most common reasons
Why an issue may not appear.
- the issue has not been verified yet
- the name in your documentation differs from the verified name
- you are searching by a value that was never assigned (an ISIN, for example)
- the issuer falls outside the cases handled so far
How to proceed
Try another identifier — the company number, a former company name, or the issue name from your contract.
If that does not help, submit the case for review. Reviews are not limited to the issues listed in the overview.
What to prepare
The issue identification, proof of subscription and payment, and the record of communication with the issuer.
The more complete the documents, the faster it can be said whether and how the case can be handled.
Did not find your issue? Submit the case with the documentation you have — being listed is not a precondition.
