Submitting and registering a case carries no fee. For distressed bonds the model is simple: CZK 0 for the preliminary assessment, CZK 12,900 for the full professional review and proposed solution, and 5% only if an approved transaction is executed.
Prices are stated in CZK and apply to new orders placed from 11 August 2026. Orders already placed remain governed by the price agreed at the time of ordering.

Annual access is separate from the professional case review and from transaction services. Where an ordered service explicitly includes client workspace access, that access is not charged again for its duration.
Client Vault detailsThe CZK 12,900 professional review is a standalone professional service. You are ordering professional work and a specific proposed solution — not an outcome. The fee is payable regardless of whether a purchase or any other transaction ultimately follows.
Only after the review does Capital Investing Ventures make its own internal investment decision on whether it has a commercial interest in the asset. If it does, it may present an individual purchase offer on its own initiative, which you are free to accept or decline. We do not guarantee a purchase, liquidity, a minimum value or a recovery.
CIV is not an intermediary. Where, after the professional review, we conclude that an asset makes commercial and investment sense for us, we may purchase it into our own investment portfolio on our own account.
Any purchase price is always determined individually for the specific case and is subject to an individual offer. When an approved transaction is executed, a transaction fee of 5% of the accepted purchase price / transaction value applies.
The rate of CZK 4,900 per commenced hour applies to real estate and other cases and only to work that exceeds the fixed scope of an ordered service. It does not apply to the bond funnel of CZK 0 → CZK 12,900 → 5%.
The scope of such work is always described and approved with the client under our terms of business first. We neither start nor invoice out-of-scope work without that approval.
