We are not an adviser who only delivers an opinion. Capital Investing Ventures assesses whether a real transaction or capital solution is possible for a specific asset on its own account — a voluntary purchase, an assignment, an early settlement, a takeover of financing or a restructuring.
Individual buyout / early settlement request
The fee covers the review and processing of the individual request and is payable regardless of whether a purchase or settlement offer is ultimately made — it does not guarantee that an offer will be made.
Voluntary purchase / financial settlement
Any purchase or settlement price is determined individually after the specific case has been assessed. We publish no percentage fee and no flat rate calculated from the value of the asset.
A real transaction, not just an opinion.
Voluntary purchase
Whether the asset or claim can be acquired on our own account at an individually determined price.
Assignment and takeover
Whether the claim can be assigned or the financing taken over so that a workable solution arises for both sides.
Early settlement
Whether there is room for an earlier financial settlement instead of waiting for maturity or pursuing enforcement.
Restructuring
Whether a change to the structure of the obligation, its security or a multi-party solution with other holders makes sense.

What we will not promise.
- We do not guarantee a purchase, a settlement offer or any particular outcome.
- We state no guaranteed deadline by which a result would occur.
- We do not claim that an asset with little or practically no market value does have value — we only assess whether an individual transaction is possible.
- We are not a law firm. We provide capital and transaction solutions and work with legal specialists where a case requires it.
