Services, prices and process
01Is submitting a case free of charge?
+
Yes. Submitting and registering a case carries no fee. It covers intake of the case, a basic data check and information on the possible next steps. It is not a professional assessment — that is a separate paid service.
02What do I get for the CZK 4,900 standard assessment?
+
A review of the documentation provided, identification of the key case data (the issue, the property or the claim), an overview of the main risks and a written recommendation of the next steps. It is a commercial and transactional assessment, not an expert valuation or a legal opinion.
03When do I need the CZK 12,900 advanced review?
+
When the situation is more complex — a distressed issuer, unpaid returns, insolvency, security arrangements, a larger volume, or a case suitable for a transaction solution. The advanced review involves deeper work with the documentation, a risk overview and an evaluation of the possible scenarios.
04What is the CZK 4,900 buyout or early settlement request?
+
A standalone service under which we assess and process your individual request for a voluntary purchase, assignment or early financial settlement of a specific asset. The fee covers that professional work and is payable regardless of the outcome.
05Does paying the fee mean Capital Investing Ventures will buy the bond?
+
No. The fee is remuneration for the professional assessment and the processing of the request, not a promise of a transaction. We guarantee neither a purchase, nor a settlement offer, nor any particular result.
06How is a purchase or settlement price determined?
+
Always individually, after the specific case has been assessed — based on security, the assets and condition of the debtor or issuer, enforceability, limitation periods and transactional feasibility. We publish no percentage rate calculated from the value of the asset.
07What if my issuer is not on the list of currently handled cases?
+
Submit the case anyway. The list of currently handled cases is a manually curated overview of selected issues; we also assess cases that are not listed there.
08What documents should I provide?
+
For bonds: the issue terms, the subscription agreement, proof of ownership, correspondence with the issuer and any reminders or court and insolvency documents. For real estate: the land-register extract, the acquisition title and information on liens or enforcement. Everything is handled confidentially.
09How does the CZK 4,900 hourly rate work?
+
The rate of CZK 4,900 per commenced hour applies only to professional work beyond the fixed scope of an ordered service, or to individually commissioned work. The scope of such work is always described and approved first under our terms of business.
10Is Capital Investing Ventures a law firm?
+
No. Capital Investing Ventures a.s. is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal opinions. It provides capital and transaction solutions and, where appropriate, acts on its own account; it works with legal specialists where a specific case requires it.
