In proceeding MSPH 59 INS 6151/2025 the reorganisation was permitted on 10 April 2025 and the reorganisation plan approved on 25 November 2025. According to public sources, fulfilment of the plan was acknowledged on 21 April 2026 (final on 22 April 2026).
Since 2 June 2026 the same entity (ID No. 28973577) operates under the name Covenergo s.r.o. A bond issued under the SOLEK Czech Services name relates to the same debtor.
