Buyout and settlement · Capital Investing Ventures

Purchase into our own portfolio and
financial settlement.

CIV is not an intermediary, nor an adviser who only delivers an opinion. Capital Investing Ventures assesses whether a real transaction or capital solution is possible for a specific asset on its own account — a purchase into our own investment portfolio, an assignment, a financial settlement, a takeover of financing or a restructuring.

Service fee

Submit your case free of charge — no advance payment

Neither a buy-out nor a financial settlement starts with a payment. We first need the identification of the issue and the documents you hold. CIV verifies the case and only then tells you whether, and in what form, a buy-out or settlement is realistic.

  1. 01Send a non-binding request with the issue identification and any documents you hold.
  2. 02CIV verifies the issuer, the legal status of the issue and your position as a holder.
  3. 03We come back with the outcome and propose the next step — buy-out, settlement, or a deeper assessment.
  4. 04Any paid step arises only after you have explicitly approved its scope and fee.

The fees of any follow-up paid services are published transparently. View pricing

Step 1 of 2 · contact

I want to find out whether my bond can be bought out or settled

The first submission is non-binding and free of charge. CIV first verifies the issue and your documents, and then tells you whether a buy-out or a financial settlement is realistic and what the next step is.

One contact is enough — e-mail or phone.
What happens next
  1. 1. You send the basic details.
  2. 2. CIV assesses the case.
  3. 3. We tell you whether we see a possible next step.
  4. 4. Only then do you decide whether to continue.

Submitting this form does not create an order or any payment obligation. Neither a purchase nor the settlement amount is automatic or guaranteed.

What we assess

A real transaction, not just an opinion.

01

Voluntary purchase

Whether the asset or claim can be acquired on our own account at an individually determined price.

02

Assignment and takeover

Whether the claim can be assigned or the financing taken over so that a workable solution arises for both sides.

03

Early settlement

Whether there is room for an earlier financial settlement instead of waiting for maturity or pursuing enforcement.

04

Restructuring

Whether a change to the structure of the obligation, its security or a multi-party solution with other holders makes sense.

Process

Four steps.

  1. 01

    Preliminary assessment — CZK 0

Submit your bonds and available documents free of charge. We run a basic screening and decide whether we accept the case.

  2. 02

    Professional review — CZK 12,900

Order the full review and proposed solution. The client zone is included.

  3. 03

    Internal investment decision

We review the documentation, the issuer or debtor, any security and transactional feasibility. If we have a commercial interest, we may present an individual purchase offer.

  4. 04

    Execution — 5%

Only if you accept the offer: contractual documentation, transfer and settlement typically within 30 days of signing and satisfaction of all conditions.

Openly

What we will not promise.

  • We do not guarantee a purchase, a settlement offer or any particular outcome.
  • We state no guaranteed deadline by which a result would occur.
  • We do not claim that an asset with little or practically no market value does have value — we only assess whether an individual transaction is possible.
  • We are not a law firm. We provide capital and transaction solutions and work with legal specialists where a case requires it.

Submit your case for assessment.

The preliminary assessment is free of charge. You only order the CZK 12,900 professional review once a next step makes sense.

This is not a public offering of securities, nor investment, legal or tax advice. Capital Investing Ventures a.s. acts on its own account and assesses each case individually.
